A Year Ago Today

2/13-2/14: A year ago today we left Hawaii! I can not believe how fast time has gone! So much has transpired. So many changes in our lives! These pictures were taken at the airport in Honolulu as we were awaiting our flight to Texas! sniff...sniff...we still miss Hawaii very much!

More Snow Pics

2/12: Here are more snow pics! We were completely covered! I know it wasn't but a few inches but for this area, it is extremely rare!! This was later in the day after Rob was home!

Snow Day

2/12: Happy Aloha Friday!! Nothing ALOHA about it as it is snowing in LA...Lower Alabama!! We heard on the news yesterday that it was going to snow but we were skeptics!! We were proven wrong this morning!!!! It is absolutely white outside and it is 4pm and it is still coming down! Here are a few pics of the snow (it is a rare event!) Fort Rucker shut down early and Rob was able to come home at noon! The babies are enjoying the snow! This morning at breakfast I faced the high chairs facing the windows so they could see the snow!! It really is snowing in Alabama!

Austin has had a rough last few nights. (Mom and Dad as well!) We just discovered a new tooth and 2 molars coming in for him! Poor little guy!!!

Eating Ice Cream

2/12: If you have known Rob for more than 10 minutes, you know that he LOVES---no really LOVES ice cream! He usually eats a bowl of ice-cream every night! Guess What? When the babies see Rob walking with his bowl--they start lining up! It really is too funny! I am not sure how happy Rob is to share his ice-cream! It is so cute! Me Next, Daddy!

Austin lines up but he usually only takes a bite or two. He doesn't like it as much as Emily and Matthew and Daddy!

15 Month Appointment

2/10: Today we had our 15 Month Well Baby Check Up! Hard to believe!! It is amazing! Our friend Aida came to help us with our appt. It is manageable but when you have one adult per baby, it sure does make it much easier!! Thanks Aida!!! Matthew has had a cough and runny nose for a couple of days and last night ran a fever! Lucky for us we had an appt. My poor little one is battling ear infections in both ears. We are on 10 days of antibiotics!! Here are our new stats! Our pediatrician recommends a few more months on formula. We will start whole milk in April!!
