Rest in Peace, Tina

4/22: Our Sister In Law, Tina Thomas, passed away tonight. We are very saddened by the loss. She died of multi organ failure. My Brother in Law, Keith, died 10 months ago. She simply could not recover from that loss. She was 46 years old.
