First Peds Appt

Arriving at Kaiser for our first Pediatrician appt.

12/26: Our first time out of the house with all three babies! What a hectic morning! I was in charge of getting babies ready and Rob was in charge of packing us up and ready to go. He had the harder of the tasks because there is lots to pack to make sure we have everything!! It took us almost 2 hours to get out of the house!! We made it to Kaiser with plenty of time to check in and Rob dropped me off with the babies in their stroller out front. It's true...everywhere we go the stroller and the three babies will create a commotion! By the time Rob had parked and joined me, I had a crowd of people around me. The questions--geez--all I wanted was to get inside and on with our appt! I really didn't have time to deal with curious onlookers!! This appt is one wk before their 2 month appt so they asked us if we wanted to combine appts so that we did not have to return next wk! What a brilliant idea! Overall, the appt went very well!!! The babies have grown so much!!

Oh Nellie, I can believe you are off to the doctor appts and taking the baby places. I am sure you and Rob did very well. If those babies were not so cute---no one would have stopped. They are so adorable though and I bet you did draw a crowd. Three babies at once will never be ignored. Pull the covers down and say sorry they are sleeping. Do not stop and wait for Rob just hit the elevator. Well, you could try anyway. Not sure it would help.

What absolute blessings from God.
The three peas are growing so quickly and getting more adorable by the day.

We continue to pray for your sweet little family daily. Hang in there! You two are amazing parents and these babies are so very lucky to have you! You will find a rhythm that works best for your family. Remember to take it moment by moment and celebrate the small victories.

We pray for continued progress for the Three Peas, more rest for Mommy and Daddy, strength to get through the rough patches, good health for the entire family, a good sense of humor, and abundant joy!

Happy New Year!
